It comprises Main Transmission Shaft and Auxiliary Transmission Shaft which are made of alloy steel that without any coupling so as to provide cylinder and dial movement synchronized to eliminate and vibration.

It is convenient to changing the cylinder and the dial without removing the uupper transmission support legs, therefore, it is time-saving for adjusting the facility of knitting different fabrics types.

The take-up system with direct transmission,which the fabric roller is rotated by an independent motor. It canbe adjusted to fabric tension in order to deep all parts in an even pulling force. We also provide Roller Adjusting Type Take-up Machine which the fabric roller is rotated by a gearbox.

The advanced control panel is easy to operate. It displays the production status and provides related numerical data for controlling and supervision. In addition, it detects and diagnoses automatically the production process in order too avoid and abnormal status.
